1. Qué es LoveDays

Un servicio para crear una página web personalizada para regalar (nombres, contador del tiempo juntos, fotos, carta y momentos), con enlace propio y código QR. La vista previa es gratis. La página se publica cuando el pago queda confirmado.

2. Precio y pago

Pago único de USD 9,99, sin suscripción. El cobro lo hace Polar (polar.sh) como vendedor registrado; Polar puede sumar los impuestos que correspondan según tu país. [POR REVISAR CON ABOGADO Y CONTADOR: impuestos y facturación.]

3. Quién puede usarlo

Personas mayores de 18 años.

4. Tu contenido

Eres responsable de lo que pones en tu página. Al crearla declaras que:

• tienes permiso de las personas que aparecen en las fotos y cuyos nombres usas;
• si aparecen niñas, niños o adolescentes, eres su representante legal o tienes su autorización;
• tienes los derechos sobre las fotos y textos (no infringes derechos de autor ni de imagen de nadie);
• el contenido no es ilegal, sexual explícito, violento, discriminatorio ni ofensivo.

El contenido sigue siendo tuyo. Solo nos das permiso, gratis y sin exclusividad, para guardarlo y mostrarlo a quien tenga el enlace mientras la página esté publicada. Podemos retirar una página que incumpla estos términos o cuando una persona que aparece en ella lo pida con razón.

5. Quién ve la página

Cualquier persona que tenga el enlace o escanee el código QR. La dirección es larga y aleatoria y la página no aparece en buscadores, pero no tiene contraseña.

6. Borrar la página

Al pagar recibes un enlace secreto para borrarla cuando quieras; al usarlo se borran la página y sus fotos. Si lo pierdes, escríbenos a contacto@lovedays.page. [POR DEFINIR: cómo se comprueba que quien escribe es quien creó la página.]

7. Cuánto tiempo está publicada

8. Retracto y reembolsos

1. What LoveDays is

A service to create a personalized web page to give as a gift (names, a counter of your time together, photos, a letter and moments), with its own link and QR code. The preview is free. The page goes live once the payment is confirmed.

2. Price and payment

One-time payment of USD 9.99, no subscription. Payment is collected by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record; Polar may add applicable taxes depending on your country. [PENDING REVIEW: taxes and invoicing.]

3. Who can use it

People aged 18 or older.

4. Your content

You are responsible for what you put on your page. By creating it you confirm that:

• you have permission from the people in the photos and whose names you use;
• if children or teenagers appear, you are their legal guardian or have the guardian's authorization;
• you hold the rights to the photos and texts (you don't infringe anyone's copyright or image rights);
• the content is not illegal, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory or offensive.

Your content stays yours. You only give us a free, non-exclusive permission to store it and show it to people with the link while the page is online. We may take down a page that breaks these terms or when someone who appears on it reasonably asks.

5. Who sees the page

Anyone who has the link or scans the QR code. The address is long and random and the page doesn't show up in search engines, but it has no password.

6. Deleting the page

After paying you get a secret link to delete it whenever you want; using it deletes the page and its photos. If you lose it, email contacto@lovedays.page. [TO BE DEFINED: how we verify the request comes from whoever created the page.]

7. How long it stays online

8. Withdrawal and refunds

9. Availability and liability
